Kingpin International have a brand-new opportunity as a Client Manager (Indirect Tax) for a globally leading and prestigious VAT compliance and Accounting Solutions firm, based in the vibrant city of Budapest.

Your key responsibilities

In your new role as Client Manager, you will…

  • Gain global exposure and be the first point of contact for clients and internal teams in terms of VAT-related questions.
  • Onboard new clients and guide them through the takeover process to ensure an excellent client experience.
  • Participate in client meetings to follow up on milestones and enhance efficiency in your projects.
  • Make sure to provide excellent quality by acting as the last point of review for all outgoing communication and deliverables.
  • Use your excellent communication skills to overcome any VAT-related issues and questions.
  • Identifying and leading ad-hoc projects such as automation of work and pull-through opportunities.

Your experience, qualifications and skills

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a VAT-related function with expert knowledge of (international) value-added tax. You must have strong attention to detail and the ability to identify any potential problems or issues and effective communication and client management skills. We’d be especially interested in speaking to those with experience in VAT compliance process improvement or any individual who has experience in a leadership position (project lead or country lead), however, these are not essential.
